In order to maintain peace, the Norwegian government has made a number of compromises with the Russians, but the country is still plagued by terror and unrest.
Season 3
Once a fugitive and exile, Jesper Berg has returned to the office of prime minister but his grip on a fractured, embattled Norway is tenuous at best.

User Reviews
The first two seasons were excellent, where a very complicated scenario was presented from the perspectives of people involved. Every party was portrayed as humans with their respective motivations.
Season Three was an utter mess. The powers that be have decided to turn it into a regular, multi-season TV show; therefore this was a _transition_ season.
Consequently, there were too many mini plots of no significance to the existing fundamental premise of the show.
