The court prosecutes Tong Chi Ko for slander. After reforming his life, he joins a fashion corporation as a legal advisor. TONG TAI-HOI and his son, TONG CHI-KO, a Court Prosecutor of the Department of Justice, are having a great time in the public stand of the racecourse. In the Owners Boxes, tycoon TUNG CHIN-LUNG, his wife SUNG KAM-CHI, and his younger brother, TUNG CHIN-PANG, are enjoying themselves very much, too. KO knows PANG’s son, TUNG YAT-TSUN, by chance. HOI has retired. Apart from horse gambling, his next favorite pastime is going to the district court to see his son at work. However, he can no longer do so now as he is heavily in debt. When KO, who is applying for the post of Government Counsel, learns of his father’s situation, he has no choice but to pay off HOI’s debt with the money he plans to pay for the down payment of his new apartment.
