Moesha sneaks out for a night with Ohagi, despite her father's ban on dating.

Moesha becomes intrigued by a classmate with a "roughneck disposition"; and fertility is a subject of contention between Dee and Frank.

Musical guest: Dru Hill Moesha returns from summer camp and has about one week left before she starts school at Bridgewood Academy. So she makes plans to go to the Labor Day Jammy with her friends and secretly wishes that she'll run into Q there, but she clashes with Frank when he wants her to go with him and Dee to her school's fundraiser. Moesha meets her new classmate, Haley Dillard, and together they con Frank into letting them ""hang out with Haley's friends."" At the Jammy, Moesha finds Q, but they both agree to just be friends.

Five months later, and Moesha still hasn't returned home. After Kim forgets to purchase tickets to a sold-out concert featuring R&B singer Brandy, Moesha decides to spend her weekend alone with her new beau, Aaron, a college student whom she met over the summer. But when Moesha starts to push the relationship further (mainly due to her strange suggestions), the two break up. Later, Moesha, Kim, Niecy and Hakeem attempt to get into the concert. Backstage, Moesha meets Brandy who gives her some advice.

After deciding to fore-go college, Moesha is now working at "Vibe Magazine" Her friends are jealous of her seemingly glamorous job but in actual fact she is just a gopher. Meanwhile Moesha's cousin Dorian, has run away from his home in Oakland and is seeking refuge with Myles.

Moesha prolongs her stay in New York with Q, while Niecy and Hakeem wonder where they stand with her; and Dorian returns from boot camp.
